We may collect Personal Information when you respond to our chat function, including your name, email address, and phone number and other information you provide in the chat.
We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Service, identifying and communicating with you, marketing products and service of our merchants, responding to your requests/inquiries, marketing our own products and services, and improving our Service.
We also create aggregate, pseudonymous and anonymous data (collectively “Aggregate Data”) relating to use of the Service, including such data relating to customers of our merchants, such as number of buyers in a particular region, which we may share with our customers or use for marketing, product development and research purposes. Such Aggregate Data does not identify you personally.
You can also inquire about careers and job opportunities at Shippfreight through our Service. We may collect your name, address, email address, phone number and information about your employment and education. We use this information to process your job application and in connection with your employment.
In addition, our merchants may use our products and services to collect personal information from their customers. The collection and use of your personal information in this case is subject to the privacy policy of the merchant. We use your personal information solely for purposes of providing these products and services to our merchants, except that we may create and disclose Aggregate Data as noted above.
Automatically Collected Information
We may also collect information automatically that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, your mobile device ID if you use one to access our Service, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. We use cookies to collect such Log Data.

We may request additional information from you to verify your request. We will respond to your request within the time frames specified by the CCPA. Please note that if the Personal Information was collected by a merchant that uses our products and services we will forward that request to the merchant for a response.
Authorized Agent
As a California resident, you have the right to designate an agent to exercise these rights on your behalf. We may require proof that you have designated the authorized agent to act on your behalf and to verify your identity directly with us. Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of CCPA Rights
You have a right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of the privacy rights conferred by the CCPA. We hereby inform you that if you exercise any of your rights under the CCPA we may not deny you goods or services for that reason, or subject you to different prices than those paid by other consumers, except to the permitted under the CCPA.

Pursuant to California Civil Section 1798.100(b), this serves as notice of the categories of Personal Information that we collect through the Service, the business or commercial purposes for which such Personal Information was collected, the categories of sources of such Personal Information and the categories of third parties to whom such information was disclosed in the past twelve (12) months.

In addition, under California Civil Code § 1798.83, California residents who have provided Personal Information to Shippfreight may obtain information regarding Shippfreight disclosures, if any, of Personal Information to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes. Requests must be submitted to the following address: legal@Shippfreight.com. Within 30 days of receiving such a request, we will provide a California Privacy Disclosure, which will include a list of certain categories of Personal Information disclosed during the preceding calendar year to third parties for their direct marketing purposes, if any, along with the names and addresses of the third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, and we strive to implement and maintain reasonable, commercially acceptable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we store, in order to protect it from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure.

Children's Privacy
Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our Service. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children").
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your Children have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
